Cecelia Hubbard is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer with a BFA in Film from the University of Central Florida. Originally from a small Midwest town with limited access to film opportunities, she transformed her passion for visual arts into a professional pursuit. At UCF, she honed her skills across microbudget to high-scale productions, gaining a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking.

Over the past five years, Cecelia has built a diverse portfolio spanning narrative, commercial, music video, and documentary work. With hands-on experience in camera operating, 1st/2nd AC, and G&E, she brings a sharp eye, adaptability, and practical know-how to every set.

Her cinematography centers on authenticity, capturing genuine stories through a feminine lens. She values clear communication and a collaborative spirit, always aiming to elevate the vision of each project. With backgrounds in both dance and martial arts, Cecelia brings a unique sensitivity to movement, rhythm, and physical storytelling; enhancing her visual work with a deep understanding of intention and discipline.
